This workshop will deal specifically with the hot moves and styles we see out of Louisiana and Texas.  So from 2-4pm on July 27th, we will be breaking down these styles Very Slowly!  We will focus on many moves  a) Getting in and out of the Floating Slide, b) 360's with the Floating Slide, c) The Lafayette Tap Slide d) The Reverse 360 floating slide, e) The "V" with the floating slide f) Hip push with the floating slide, g) How to time the hand toss with the floating slide, as well as other moves.
We will also watch a few video clips of these hot dancers to break down what they are doing. These moves are not "advanced" as far as hard, they just feel a little different as we slow the motions way down and then slowly speed them up as we engrain the moves in our heads.
